1. Scope
These terms apply to the subscription of digital products (software plugins) from Knicker & Wortmann GmbH & Co. KG, Königstr. 45, 32423 Minden ("Vendor") via the website almoli.de.
2. Contracting party / payment
Sales are processed via Lemon Squeezy as Merchant of Record. Invoicing including VAT is carried out by Lemon Squeezy.
3. Subject matter
The subject is the provision of the respective plugin as a download together with a license to use it for the duration of the subscription. All updates during the subscription period are included.
4. License
Unless stated otherwise, a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the plugin in one shop instance for the duration of the subscription is granted. The exact scope follows from the product description.
5. Term and cancellation
The subscription runs for one month and renews automatically by one further month unless cancelled. There is no minimum term; cancellation is possible at any time effective at the end of the current billing period. The right to use the software ends when the subscription ends.
6. Prices
The price stated at the time of subscribing applies: €9.90 per month and shop, net plus applicable VAT. Price changes will be announced with reasonable notice and apply from the next billing period.
7. Warranty and liability
